The Company operates mainly on a wholesale basis (B2B) in the United States and provides both wholesale (B2B) and retail (B2C) distribution in other countries of the American continent, <strong data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1440\">excluding the United States<\/strong>.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1446\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1448\" data-end=\"1469\">2. Scope of Use<\/h3><p data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1895\">The Site serves <strong data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1535\">only a promotional and informational function<\/strong>. It <strong data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1559\">does not enable<\/strong> direct e-commerce transactions. No direct online purchases or payments can be completed through the Site. Any transaction is to be considered a <strong data-start=\"1704\" data-end=\"1750\">remote negotiation for made-to-order goods<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"1755\" data-end=\"1794\">shall not constitute an online sale<\/strong> under U.S. law. Recommended Retail Prices and Retail Sales<\/h3><p data-start=\"2261\" data-end=\"2509\">The prices displayed on the Site are <strong data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2344\">suggested retail prices for resellers only<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2345\" data-end=\"2348\" \/><strong data-start=\"2348\" data-end=\"2440\">Mario Muscariello LLC does not engage in direct retail sales within the State of Florida<\/strong>, and therefore, does <strong data-start=\"2462\" data-end=\"2497\">not collect nor remit sales tax<\/strong> in Florida.<\/p><p data-start=\"2511\" data-end=\"2849\">Retail sales in the Miami area are handled exclusively by:<br data-start=\"2569\" data-end=\"2572\" \/><strong data-start=\"2572\" data-end=\"2635\">Artigiano Inc. \u2013 4212 Lagura Street, Coral Gables, FL 33146<\/strong>,<br data-start=\"2636\" data-end=\"2639\" \/>which is the <strong data-start=\"2652\" data-end=\"2685\">exclusive authorized retailer<\/strong> for the region.<br data-start=\"2701\" data-end=\"2704\" \/>Retail transactions are processed directly by authorized resellers, who assume all legal, fiscal, and contractual obligations regarding the sale.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2851\" data-end=\"2854\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2856\" data-end=\"2912\">5. Sales Outside the United States (Export Policy)<\/h3><p data-start=\"2913\" data-end=\"3075\">For B2C sales conducted <strong data-start=\"2937\" data-end=\"3000\">outside the United States but within the American continent<\/strong>, Mario Muscariello LLC operates under <strong data-start=\"3039\" data-end=\"3074\">Incoterm CPT (Carriage Paid To)<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"3077\" data-end=\"3088\">This means:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3089\" data-end=\"3406\"><li data-start=\"3089\" data-end=\"3224\"><p data-start=\"3091\" data-end=\"3224\">The <strong data-start=\"3095\" data-end=\"3129\">customer is solely responsible<\/strong> for the payment of <strong data-start=\"3149\" data-end=\"3206\">import duties, customs fees, and any applicable taxes<\/strong> in their country.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3225\" data-end=\"3323\"><p data-start=\"3227\" data-end=\"3323\">Mario Muscariello LLC is <strong data-start=\"3252\" data-end=\"3266\">not liable<\/strong> for customs clearance or tax compliance outside the U.S.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3324\" data-end=\"3406\"><p data-start=\"3326\" data-end=\"3406\">The Company remains responsible <strong data-start=\"3358\" data-end=\"3395\">only for the quality of the goods<\/strong> delivered.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"3408\" data-end=\"3411\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3413\" data-end=\"3472\">6. Consultancy and Commercial Representation Services<\/h3><p data-start=\"3473\" data-end=\"3566\">Mario Muscariello LLC also provides <strong data-start=\"3509\" data-end=\"3554\">strategic consulting and support services<\/strong>, including:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3567\" data-end=\"3872\"><li data-start=\"3567\" data-end=\"3616\"><p data-start=\"3569\" data-end=\"3616\"><strong data-start=\"3569\" data-end=\"3616\">Product development and sourcing assistance<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3617\" data-end=\"3655\"><p data-start=\"3619\" data-end=\"3655\"><strong data-start=\"3619\" data-end=\"3655\">Styling and branding consultancy<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3656\" data-end=\"3700\"><p data-start=\"3658\" data-end=\"3700\"><strong data-start=\"3658\" data-end=\"3700\">Business strategy and market expansion<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3701\" data-end=\"3769\"><p data-start=\"3703\" data-end=\"3769\"><strong data-start=\"3703\" data-end=\"3769\">Import advisory services for U.S. entry of European-made goods<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3770\" data-end=\"3872\"><p data-start=\"3772\" data-end=\"3872\"><strong data-start=\"3772\" data-end=\"3801\">Commercial representation<\/strong>, for which the Company receives commissions on wholesale transactions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3874\" data-end=\"4006\">These services are available to both corporate clients (B2B) and individual entrepreneurs (B2C) seeking to start or grow a business.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4008\" data-end=\"4011\" \/><h3 data-start=\"4013\" data-end=\"4046\">7. Trademarks and Copyright<\/h3><p data-start=\"4047\" data-end=\"4349\">\u201cMARIO MUSCARIELLO\u201d is a <strong data-start=\"4072\" data-end=\"4096\">registered trademark<\/strong> in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States. All content on the Site, including images, artworks, and written materials, is protected under <strong data-start=\"4248\" data-end=\"4270\">U.S. Copyright Law<\/strong> and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4351\" data-end=\"4354\" \/><h3 data-start=\"4356\" data-end=\"4383\">8.
